If you’re like I used to be then you might feel embarrassed, shy or intimidated to workout at the gym and especially to do exercises for your butt!
I used to hate going to the gym because I felt like everyone was watching me, especially if I was doing some booty exercises.
Luckily now, I don’t care what anyone thinks. Plus I guess it helps that I’m an expert and know exactly what I’m doing 😉
But if you’re like how I was when I first started working out alone, then you’ll appreciate this video where I demonstrate six exercises you can do at home in your own bedroom, on your balcony, or in your hotel room while on vacation.
You don’t need a gym to get in shape! One of my clients following the Lomax Method is down almost 20 pounds and hasn’t stepped foot in a gym!!!
Building a home gym is easy. The best part is, there’s no one around to judge you, no distractions and it’s always clean, well if it’s dirty, you know it’s your own dirt (or your kids 😜).
‼️Warning‼️ Only do this workout if you want to tone your glutes and walk around with confidence 😉
All of these exercises were done with a resistance band to make it even more difficult! If you’re a beginner, you’ll feel the burn just from doing this with your own bodyweight and no resistance. So basically, the band is optional. I got the resistance band I’m using in this video from Amazon.
1. Around the world squats
2. Side leg raise
3. Crab walks – forward and reverse
4. Curtsy Lunge
5. Reverse Lunge
Do each exercise for 40 seconds with no rest in between! Take a 1 minute rest between rounds. Do 3-4 rounds total! (Make sure to switch directions on the around the world squats).
Embrace the burn 🔥🔥🔥 Remember, if it burns, you know it’s working.
